Coupon codes for self-registration - lets you create percentage or fixed-amount discounts for group classes and product purchases.
Recurring discounts on enrollments - allows you to apply an ongoing discount to all invoices for a student enrollment, eliminating the need for separate plans and clearly showing the discount on invoices.
Multi-board CRM - enables multiple CRM boards so you can track different pipelines separately by service, location, or student type.
Admin payment reassignment - allows admins to unapply a payment from a paid invoice and either refund it or reapply it to a different invoice without refunding and recharging the client.
Event email reply-to settings - lets you control whether replies to event note/reminder emails go to instructors or admin:
Potential Action Required - Previously, event note emails were sent from the organizational email and cc'd the instructor, so replies could go to either the admin or the instructor. We have moved the instructor email to bcc, so if you'd like replies to go to the instructor, please enable this setting under Settings -> General -> Reminders.
Configurable admin notification emails - allow you to choose which email address receives system notifications, like payments, failures, and form submissions.
Member filtering on invoices - makes it possible to quickly view all invoices associated with a specific student from the Invoices dashboard.
Unapplied payments filtering - adds a way to see payments not yet linked to invoices, useful for deposits, prepayments, and tracking remaining balances.

Clearer Invoice Dates - Invoices now show the event date for session-based line items (instead of attendance date), giving clients better context for charges.
More Configurable Organization Settings - Billing and invoicing settings—like credit card and ACH fees—are now configurable directly by your organization.
Enhanced Self-Scheduling Controls - New settings let you customize self-scheduling policies, including start-time intervals, cancellation and rescheduling rules, and late cancellation windows.
Online Meeting Links in Calendar - Calendar events now display online meeting links in both admin and member portals, making it easier to join sessions.
Editable Block Types & Availability Visibility - You can now edit block types directly from the calendar. Available blocks are highlighted with a green border for clearer staff availability.
Timezone Selector for Self-Scheduling - A new timezone selector helps users schedule accurately across different locations—especially useful for guardians booking for dependents.

Self-Scheduling Links - You can now create public or login-required self-scheduling links that auto-enroll members and collect payment before confirming events.
Group Class Capacity Management - Group classes can now have a max capacity that blocks further enrollment and dynamically reopens spots when cancellations occur.
Mass Email Group Class - You can email every member of a group class with a single click for quick announcements or updates.
Flexible Group Enrollment - Students can now be added to single class instances for trials or make-ups, and these ad-hoc enrollments are clearly marked.
Bulk Attendance Marking - You can mark attendance for multiple sessions at once and automatically trigger related invoicing and credit adjustments.
Default Payment Method Display - The system now highlights and surfaces the default payment method first during payment collection.
Improved Payroll Report - A new payout summary separates payroll by rate to make staff payment review and export easier.
Automatic Payment Application - Unapplied payments can now auto-apply to future invoices to streamline prepayments and deposits.
Streamlined Member/Lead Creation - Custom fields are now editable during member or lead creation, eliminating extra steps.

Double Booking Warning - Staff now receive alerts when double-booked for events, helping prevent scheduling conflicts
Last Session Held for Student Report - A new report tracks when each enrolled student last attended a lesson, helping identify those who may need re-engagement
Uninvoiced Line Items Report - A report now lists all ledger entries not yet invoiced, offering better visibility into pending financial actions

Monthly Calendar View- In addition to daily and weekly views, we added a monthly calendar view to enable greater flexibility
Invoices Preview- On any individual invoice, admin have the ability to "Preview Invoice", seeing exactly what it will look like to the client before it is sent
Time Zones- Timezones can now be customized at the org and user level, and there is now greater visibility into what time zone events/calendars are in
Improved Member Notes- Notes in the CRM now transfer over to the member profile upon conversion, allowing more extensive note taking
Historical Payout Report- Staff can now view their historical payroll reports in the staff portal
