Event Duration and Billing - A new warning clarifies that changing event durations after attendance won’t affect billing, ensuring financial transparency
Double Booking Warning - Staff now receive alerts when double-booked for events, helping prevent scheduling conflicts
Last Session Held for Student Report - A new report tracks when each enrolled student last attended a lesson, helping identify those who may need re-engagement
Uninvoiced Line Items Report - A report now lists all ledger entries not yet invoiced, offering better visibility into pending financial actions
Monthly Pre and Membership Invoices for Admins - Admins can now generate and send monthly pre and membership invoices in advance for client review
Enrollment Future Cancellations - Enrollments can now be scheduled for future cancellation, automatically ending lessons and billing after a set date
Editable Notes in Event Sheets - Notes can now be edited directly in event sheets for faster updates to shared and private notes
Room and Location Filtering - Blocks can now be filtered by specific rooms and locations, aligning with event filtering for smoother scheduling

Credits on Member Portal- Admins can allow clients to see remaining credits and packages in the member portal
Installment Configuration- Installment plans have added configuration when enrolling students, allowing admin to customize number of installments, price, and start date
Monthly Calendar View- In addition to daily and weekly views, we added a monthly calendar view to enable greater flexibility
Invoices Preview- On any individual invoice, admin have the ability to "Preview Invoice", seeing exactly what it will look like to the client before it is sent
Time Zones- Timezones can now be customized at the org and user level, and there is now greater visibility into what time zone events/calendars are in
Improved Member Notes- Notes in the CRM now transfer over to the member profile upon conversion, allowing more extensive note taking
Historical Payout Report- Staff can now view their historical payroll reports in the staff portal

Custom Fields- Custom fields can now be defined on leads and members with form submissions feeding into them
Improved Credit Accounting- Admins can now see what sessions are attributed to credits in a package
Group Class Roster View- Staff can view all their students with information and notes in a dashboard view of a group class

Improved Calendar Visualizations- There is now better visual distinction on the calendar between events that are attended or cancelled
File Upload on Members- Files can now be stored directly on member profiles
